Fibre Vomit
This song belongs on the still-in-progress album Quartered. If you remember, you are on a quest to submit your wife’s permanent residency papers through a surprisingly intricate immigration complex. This jaunty piece is near the beginning of the journey where you still haven’t grasped the insanity that Canadian government officials are willing to put you through—all for a few quarters more.
In real life, applying for permanent residency for your wife is not nearly this exciting, though it is long and expensive.
When you take a picture of a piece of paper from the perspective of a dust mite, in the words of Ms. Tessa—Master in Art Conservation, it looks like fibre vomit.
Special thanks to Master Tessa for the picture.

Perfect!! I love the song and it reminds me of what my brain felt like when I was doing my research project hahaha.
I’m glad the memory of your brain pain will live on in this song!
